At Nia Clay, every clay product is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order size. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Our clay products are packed with extra care to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. If your shipment is delayed, our customer support team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
